Why do i need credits to download something ?

We want to make the web a better place for users. Picture yourself a world where everybody will help someone. Our platform is build with the following slogan in mind" help to be helped "

Our credits can be obtained for free if you add a tutorial or a resource file.

Example :

1) If you write a tutorial you will receive between 50 - 1000 credits for each approved tutorial

2) If you upload a resource file you will receive 5 credits

3) You can also try to resolve our tasks ( you wll find the task in your account , under " Resolve task " link )

4) If you are lazy you can pay for credits with paypal ( not recommended ). The credits will be visible instantly in your account

You need credits to download something because we don't want you to be a "hit and run" user. We try to build one of the biggest Graphic art platform on the web where people will interact each other.

How much credits do i need to download something?

For a single download you need only 1 credit. We consider is a very good ratio. For each resource you submit, you will get 5 credits, and for each download you have to pay 1 credit.

I lost my file. Do i have to spend 1 credit one more time to download it again ?

No. Inside your account you can go to " Downloads " link. You will find a list with downloads you have already downloaded. You can anytime download them, and you will not have to spend 1 credit again

What is Marketplace ?

Our Marketplace will help you to promote yourself. To create a new listing all you need is to have some available credits in your account

How long can an listing last ?

Your listing will be visible on site for as much time as you want. You will choose the expiration date. Using more credits will allow you to have the listing displayed for a longer period of time

What is the " Bet " value ?

The bet number is the amount of credits you will be able to spend in order to have your listing on the front page.

Example:

If John will bet 10 Credits , his listing will be placed on the first position on the site. ( Rank 1 )

If Mary will bet 9 Credits , the listing will be placed on the second spot ( Rank 2 )

If Frank will bet 20 Credits, the listing will be placed on the first Rank, and the other ones will be moved down.

Please note : You can anytime change the bet of the listing from your account : " My Listings ". in this way your listing will be more visible, and you can advertise better your products or services.

Can i delete or modify a Tutorial / Listing / Resource ?

No. Once you submit your Tutorial / Listing or Resource will be definitively posted on the website, and changes can not be made.

Can i create two accounts and submit the same resource two times to earn more credits ?

We have some of the best tools to identify if your resource is duplicated. In case you try to upload the same resource from another account, the second account will be banned instantly, and the first one will receive a warning.

Multiple warnings will disable your account for a long period of time.

How do I report people for abuse, copyright problems, or another issue I may think is a violation?

Each page have a "Report violation" Button

When using the Reporting system to report works which were directly stolen or which was otherwise used without permission you need to provide a link to an original example for comparison. Please paste in the URL from your browser address bar and link directly to the page containing the copyrighted material or the example of the original artists work for comparison with the infringing ("stolen" or "ripped") work.

If you cannot link directly to your evidence please provide a instructions on how to locate the evidence which you are providing. The more information you can provide the more helpful it will be to us during the review process.

Can i upload " Warez " files ?

The term "warez" refers to an illegally obtained copy of a software program.
